You can report an Oncor street light outage via Internet or phone, but I definitely recommend using the Internet. Doing it by phone is a slow hassle. The Internet link is http://www.oncor.com/en/pages/report-streetlight-issues.aspx and the toll free phone number is 1-888-313-4747. Hint: after entering your address and seeing the map with location of light poles, click on the yellow balloon indicating the correct pole, and the pole location will appear in the report form.

In the Camelot area, my general understanding is that lights west of Callejo are maintained by Oncor while GP&L maintains lights east of Callejo.
